- 1、The petition fails to present substantial argument or provide petitioner’s accurate name or address.
- 2、Repetitive petition made on the same subject which had previously been properly responded.
- 3、Same-subject petition submitted to various authorities received by non-relevant authorities.

- If the content of the petition and the identity of the petitioner are sensitive nature, we recommend sending us the hard copy by post and please add "Confidential" on the envelope to avoid electronic transmission’s potential security risk.
- The system would send out a confirmation letter to ensure that your mailbox has not been hacked and is capable of receiving the reply from the Minister's mailbox. Please complete the verification procedure by opening the confirmation letter and clicking on the hyperlink. After the confirmation has been established, we will work on your request soon as possible. If you failed to receive the confirmation letter, please check the spam mail in your mailbox.The system will not accept any mail without your confirmation.。
