  2. ２．The Ministry will take all your substantial suggestions regarding agricultural policies or future policy into consideration for the improvement of future policy implementation.

行政程序法 第173條：
人民陳情案有下列情形之一者，得不予處理：
一、無具體之內容或未具真實姓名或住址者。
二、同一事由，經予適當處理，並已明確答覆後，而仍一再陳情者。
三、非主管陳情內容之機關，接獲陳情人以同一事由分向各機關陳情者。
Article 173 of Administrative Procedure Law clearly states:
Submitted petition will be rejected if any of the following situations applies:
1.The petition fails to present substantial argument or provide petitioner’s accurate name or address.
2.Repetitive petition made on the same subject which had previously been properly responded.
3.Same-subject petition submitted to various authorities received by non-relevant authorities.
